WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Which items cannot be returned for a refund?

We do not accept returns or refunds on any personalized items with names on them).

How do I request an exchange?

Envision It Printed, LLC does not offer exchanges. All items need to follow the return process. If an item you received is damaged, please contact info@envisionitprinted.com

How long will it take to get my refund?

Please allow 14 business days for processing all returns. Refund is in the form of store credit only.

The items I purchased do not fit, can I exchange them?

You may return non customized products in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. We will provide you with store credit to place a new order for the new size or style that you would like to purchase. Please use size charts when placing orders for products.

The item I received is damaged or defective, what do I do?

If you received a defective product, please email us with your order number and a picture of the damaged item to info@envisionitprinted.com

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING

SHIPPING

  • All orders ship within 5-7 business days or sooner depending on level of customization.

  • If We happen to make a mistake we will ship out a corrected order via USPS priority mail, please understand we do not overnight packages 

  • ENVISION IT PRINTED LLC is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, stolen or rerouted packages 

  • PLEASE make sure your address is correct on your paypal account and on our website.  ENVISION IT PRINTED LLC is not responsible for package delays or lost packages.  Any orders that are returned to us due to the fact that the incorrect shipping address was wrong will incur additional shipping charges.  

HOW DO I PLACE A ORDER?

To Place an Order

Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We highly recommend that all orders are placed through our website. If you have questions, we'd be happy to walk you through the process over the phone or via our chat feature (available in the header of this page). 


Coupons and Promotions

To redeem coupon codes online, you must enter your coupon code in your shopping cart while checking out. You will find the promo code field on the lower left part of the page, just below your last item. Don't forget to click apply. Your price will adjust with the use of a valid coupon code. Coupon codes and promotions cannot be combined with any other promotion, coupon or group discount. No adjustments on previous purchases. Coupons and promotions offered may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

Change to Order

We encourage you to double check your order before placing it, but understand that you may want to make a change after the fact. If you desire to make a change, you must notify us within 1 hour by either email or phone. After 1 hour we can not guarantee your order can be changed as it has begun the customization process.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations must be done within 1 hour after placing an order. There will be a 50% production fee based on the price of the order (shipping is excluded).

To ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible, your card will be charged the day you place your order. We will get your order started the following business day. If your order is canceled for any reason, be assured that we will initiate your refund within 24 hours. Please be aware your bank may take 5-10 business days to process the refund and credit your account.
